Why pay for a prayer?

5:02 PM

Pray everywhere, God will hear you in the silence, to pray for free is to go free.
1 John 5:14-15

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

One of the things wrong in this world is that you have to give money in order to be prayed. This is a sad case, and in the first place, why do you have to force someone to pray for you? Can't you pray on your own?

If you love someone, do you want someone to tell them how much you love them? Can't you just tell them that on your own? A prayer is a very powerful tool for us to communicate with God, we may not expect God to whisper on your ear that your prayer is answered, but answered prayers are often seen.

Hebrews 11:6

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

We can't blame most of the people who pays so that their priests or Church will broadcast in the mass that their relatives is now being prayed with words, "A prayer for the family of bla bla bla for a dollar." That is just absurd.

When my mother died, I have to go to the Church, since we are all Catholics and pay a big amount of money to schedule a mass for my mother. I guess the Catholic Church who "serves" God doesn't know that praying for the living is better than praying for the dead.

Hebrews 9:27

“Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment”

Yes, we're talking about my dead mother, and I know that one day she will rise again and be saved if she accepted Jesus Christ in her heart and in her life. Never again pay for your loved ones to be prayed!
